What makes it great: Charm, charm, charm. This walkup apartment in Logan Circle has been renovated but luckily, much of the space’s original charm remains. There is tons of exposed brick, a decorative fireplace, sky lights, and bay windows. The bathroom and kitchen has been updated and the back patio is just another perk. I am not sure why the current tenants would even dream of giving this up.
