What makes it great: This is another building that I have privately toured. I know that Upper Northwest isn’t the hippest neighborhood but don’t write it off. If you want a city retreat, this could be a good option. These apartments are quiet, charming, and also very spacious. Most of the units have little sun room areas that are perfect for people who need extra space. For me, I would set up a home office. You won’t be able to find this amount of space at this price point downtown.
