Friday Roundup

Nothing super cheap in today’s roundup but there are some high quality spaces. The modern english basement off of H Street really blew me away. Even though you aren’t allowed to go up those beautiful stairs, they are still nice to look at. The owners really did you a solid right there. If you want to be more central, the Shaw english basement has a similar look. Lastly, a note about the WC Smith Dupont apartments. I have toured the building. The units are small but beautiful and you cannot beat the location. If you want to be in Dupont, this is a good option. Happy hunting!
