Dupont can be a tough a neighborhood to break into. The prices are high and the demand is high. It’s not everyday that I stumble upon THREE great options. There are all around the same price but vary in size. I will admit the place in The Cairo is tiny but it’s so cute. Sadly the english basement doesn’t come furnished. You can see the space has potential from the photos. The last option is a professionally managed building that has vacancies from time to time. Happy hunting!
