What makes it great: They just don’t make deal like this anymore. Either the landlord doesn’t know what they have or they are nice enough to give it away. This lofted studio is so stinkin’ cute. I imagine there will be a line of people to see this place. There is even a little exposed brick! I was also just looking at the Kallax bookshelf from Ikea and thinking about doing a similar room divider. Even if you aren’t in the market for an apartment, take notes people.
Why you should think twice: It will be competitive. Or there is a chance there is something weird about it like no kitchen or something.
