What makes it great: The Hill seems to be overflowing with deals lately. This sweet little english basement doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but it appears to be a comfortable space. The living area and bedroom appear to be carpeted which isn’t my favorite but IMO, better than tile. It also seems to be pretty bright thanks to the bay window in the front and the overhead recessed lighting. Awesome location right off of Lincoln Park.
Why you should think twice: No pets and watch out for low ceilings.
