What makes it great: This is a fantastic deal for Dupont. I am always wary of the whole “junior” one bedroom concept. They often times are just studios. This place was a pleasant surprise. There is an actual bedroom that is a decent size. The current tenant has a queen bed and dresser in the space. The living area is also a good size. There is even room for a dining set. Overall the space is a little generic and dated but props to the current tenant for transforming this apartment into something desirable. All utilities included too!
Why you should think twice: I could do without that mirrored wall. Woof.
