Jackpot. Today is a good day for one bedroom and studio deals. Only one two bedroom caught my eye, but for good reason. 1000 square feet is no joke. Living downtown is also super convenient and you are close to all the trendy places in Shaw. There are two good options in Bloomingdale, including one building that haunts me. I came so close to buying a one bedroom at 1929 1st St. NW but this was years ago and the area just wasn’t where it was today. Goodbye ultimate estimate. Sigh. Lastly, just when you thought you couldn’t afford U Street, the english basement at 13th and U is a breath of fresh air. Happy hunting.
