This is a new trend that I haven’t seen before. Today I stumbled upon multiple group houses that had multiple bedrooms available. For example, the duplex in Georgetown has three out of four bedrooms available. I have always been wary of posting group house openings because I don’t want to be responsible if you end up with weird or crazy roommates but something about this multiple bedroom setup is kind of interesting.
