Open House Roundup

I love a home with a story. Make sure you scroll all the way down to the last home featured in today’s roundup. Previously a market in the 1940’s, this place has been converted to a sprawling single family home that pays homage to the properties unique history. Throughout the house there are original features like old refrigerator lockers, signage on the front door, and tons of neat arches and brickwork. Legend has it that Mr. Johnston and his nine children lived in the rear portion of the home and upstairs, while operating the corner market. The current owners have infused some Scandinavian design which really makes this an interesting place.
