I am going to take you inside Apartment #201 one of the newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom units, because it has my favorite feature– exposed brick! This particular unit is located on the second floor and overlooks charming 17th Street. If you aren’t familiar with 17th Street, it is home to countless local restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as larger chains like Safeway and CVS. Everything you need is right at your fingertips while maintaining a small neighborhood feel.

As mentioned, the Santa Rosa was recently renovated and Keener Management did not skimp on the finishes. Inside you will notice designer appliances like a stainless steel range, a full size Bosch washer and dryer, and real red oak hardwood floors– no laminate knockoffs here! As for utilities, everything is included except for cable and internet. Residents share an outdoor common space equipped with lounge seating and a gas grill. This unit is priced at $3350 but Keener Management is offering two months free on a 14th month lease. Considering the size of this apartment and the coveted location, this is a great deal– remember most of your utilities are included! Not quite what you were looking for?
