I suppose it is time for me to emerge from the holidays and start talking about real estate again. Thanks to Clockout DC there are 500+ new faces here so I thought I would recap what I do.
Once deemed the “curated Craigslist” by The Washington Post Express (RIP), Exposed Brick DC looks at some of the most interesting properties for sale and for rent in DC. This is not a #houseporn account. You will see properties at varying price points, new construction, fixer-uppers– basically whatever catches my eye.
Last year, I featured over 175 listings for sale and 325 rental listings. Come along as I follow the crazy DC real estate market.
