What makes it great: This is a brand new building (built within the last five years) steps from the heat of U Street. The living area has an open concept floor plan that bleeds into a modern kitchen, great for entertaining. The apartment has large windows and hardwood floors. There is a washer and dryer in-unit. Pets ok. Parking is available for an additional fee. Thanks to an EBDC reader, we found out that there is also an awesome rooftop.
Why you should think twice: The ad says that apartments “start at $2499.” This could be a ploy to get you to call. I would make sure they have something available in this price range before even going to see it. Another downside is there is no door person.
