What makes it great: There is no denying that this place is a little bit dated but for the price and location, you have to look past that and consider the possibilities. Located in Dupont’s West End, above commercial space, this a rare find for the price. What makes the deal even better is that there is an in-unit washer and dryer. The last apartment I found at this price point didn’t even have a washer and dryer in the building. The apartment has interesting angles and the fireplace is nice and modern. Great views and plenty of living space.
Why you should think twice: Though the ad claims the carpet is new, it’s not ideal. There is no central air and the kitchen looks pretty old.
