What makes it great: This is one of the first buildings I looked at when I moved to DC. Wow, it has changed. This studio has been beautifully redone. The kitchen and bathroom have been completely modernized. What I really like about this studio is the layout. The kitchen is separate from the living/sleeping area and there is a designated dining area. This could easily be converted into a small office area. Another great feature is the walk-in closet. Inside you will find a washer and dryer, a huge bonus. As for amenities there is a roof top and gym. This a professionally managed building that appears to be going through major changes, this is your chance to get in on the ground level.
Why you should think twice: No pets allowed, no central air, and parking comes with a hefty price tag. The studio is a little bit on the small side, not quite reaching 500 square feet.
