The best deals in DC go quickly. That’s why I am always suspicious when I run into a great deal that has been on the market for a long time. By long time, I mean over a week. These two properties have well surpasses the one week mark. At the bottom of Craigslist ads you can see when the ad was originally posted and when it was updated. Both of these popped up in my search because they had been updated in the last 24 hours. I can’t help but wonder why these places have been siting. Maybe they were overpriced? Or maybe they are not what they seem. Hope for the best!
