What makes it great: If you are going to share a studio with man’s best friend, make sure it’s a spacious one. Studio’s at the Shawmut have 9′ ceilings. It is also tough to find pet friendly buildings. This building is near Kalorama Park, a perfect place for dogs to play. The unit has oversized windows, hardwood floors and an updated bathroom. If you are an animal lover on a budget, move quickly.
