What makes it great: At this price point I would expect a mediocre two bedroom apartment. This is a good example of a below market value apartment. First of all, this is a spacious corner unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for sharing. The unit is in the rear which is a plus considering Columbia Road can be busy. Inside there are hardwood floors, central air, and a dishwasher. Best of all, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Small pets are considered.
Why you should think twice: I can’t tell from the description if some utilities are included. The kitchen appliances are dated.
