What makes it great: This is a spacious studio with an ideal layout. There is a little nook that is perfect for a bed. I like that there is a designated space but it is still open. Sometimes an L-shape space can feel claustrophobic. The open kitchen works well with the breakfast counter. A breakfast counter is a great alternative to a dining area when you have limited space.
