What makes it great: This studio is huge, in fact it is larger than some one bedroom apartments. It’s hard to figure out the exact layout based on pictures but it looks like three separate rooms? The kitchen is isolated, then there is a living space and maybe a foyer? The bathroom looks pretty big- love the natural light. Located at the bottom of 18th street, this apartment is walking distance from Adams Morgan, U Street, and Dupont. I am shocked that the current tenant has been paying $1078 a month. The tenant warns that the rent will be increasing- the estimate is $1200.
Why you should think twice: This price point comes with some drawbacks. No central air and no laundry in-unit or in the building. The living area appears carpeted and the kitchen needs some work. At least both areas are spacious.
