What makes it great: The square footage is a mystery but the lovely updates are obvious. This studio has a beautiful kitchen. Usually I don’t like an open kitchen in a studio but this one gets a pass. There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bay window and hardwood floors give this small studio charm. The question remains, how small is this studio really? Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: This place looks a bit small and appears to be on the first floor. The ad says that unit is part of a larger building. Maybe this unit has a private entrance? This could be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it.
