What makes it great: 480 square feet is on the high end when it comes to studio square footage. However, I usually try to find places that are at least 500 square feet. This studio caught my eye because of its great layout. First of all, there is a foyer. This is hard to find in large apartments, much less studios. Also the kitchen is completely closed off. This is ideal for a studio layout because the last thing you want is to wake up and step into a kitchen. Last but not least, there is a great walk-in closet.
Why you should think twice: Like I said, 480 square feet is a little bit on the small side. This is also a ground floor apartment. Where are the windows?
