What makes it great: I recently wrote about an apartment that wouldn’t consider anyone who couldn’t move in within 30 days. That is the norm, but this place breaks the mold. This apartment is located in the Park Tower condominium building and isn’t available until mid April. This is a gift to all of you planners. The apartment has a coveted half bath, perfect for guests. The building is pet friendly, there is a gym, and a front desk person.
Why you should think twice: The bedrooms are carpeted and based on the way the second bedroom is decorated, it may be more of a den. The only full bathroom looks like its attached to the master bedroom. This may get tricky for roommates. 16th street is very accessible but it is too far from Adam’s Morgan to have a neighborhood feel.
