What makes it great: This place definitely has historic features. Located on the top floor of a converted brownstone, steps from the heart of Capitol Hill. The unit has hardwood floors, a mantle, and beautiful windows. Both the kitchen and the bathroom seem to be very spacious. The bedroom is a different story.
Why you should think twice: This is a “junior bedroom” situation. The bedroom is small- only 6′ by 10′. If you think that is too small, I would suggest swapping the living and sleeping area. This would create more of a studio feel with a small den. This is a walk-up. No pets and no central air.
