What makes it great: I have always been curious about this building. I walk by it often and wonder what the apartments are like. The location is great but the building is older. I was pleasantly surprised by pictures of the actual apartment. It appears charming and spacious. The hardwood floors are beautiful and in some apartments, there is nice cabinetry.
Why you should think twice: $1450 for this area is very low. It sounds like there is no A/C. Some additional research may be in order.
