What makes it great: Unfortunately many of DC’s most affordable apartments have tiny, cramped galley style kitchens. This two bedroom in Columbia Heights is a little bit different. It is still galley style but it is wider, has tons of storage, and even has room for a breakfast table. The building is historic and in a great location– only a few blocks from the metro. Pets are considered if they are small and older.
Why you should think twice: I obviously love that fireplace but it would be good to know if it’s working.
