What makes it great: Once you have had the luxury of an in-unit washer and dryer, it is tough to give it up. I gave it up when I moved into my studio and reluctantly adopted coin operated laundry in the basement. Overall, this place is somewhat basic but it is a good deal and an in-unit washer and dryer could definitely sway me.
Why you should think twice: Weird colored trim.
