What makes it great: How can you not fall in love with this street scape? Georgetown is so beautiful and has so much history. This two bedroom is located on the second floor of a condominium building. The unit has wonderful features such as hardwood floors, exposed brick and bold kitchen tiling. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It also looks like there may be a small balcony off of the master bedroom. I see a door but there is no mention of a balcony in the ad.
Why you should think twice: The fisheye lens is deceiving. It is hard to determine the scale of the apartment. The second bedroom is set up as a nursery, meaning it could be a very small room. Roommates will need to share a bathroom. Georgetown is not metro accessible.
