What makes it great: This appears to be a great find on the Hill but it makes me nervous that no one has snatched it up. The current post is seven days old which is a lifetime in the DC rental game. The apartment seems to have a ton of charm and is in a great location. There are a few things that may make the low price tag seem realistic.
Why you should think twice: It is on the smaller side for a two bedroom so one or both bedrooms could be tiny. The kitchen is outdated.
