Though the square footage isn’t provided, there appears to be room for a living and dining space which is really nice. Ready for the catch?
Why you should think twice: You have to pay $1500 for all of the current tenant’s furniture! Once you purchase it, I guess you could turn around and get rid of it but that is a cost you are going to have to factor in if you want this place. So crazy! I also wonder if this is a true one bedroom. The price is just too good.
