What makes it great: There is always going to be give and take when searching for the next to perfect place. On the pro side, this apartment is huge! With almost 1000 square feet of living space and high ceilings, don’t expect to feel cramped. The bay windows are beautiful and light up the apartment. The exposed brick and two fireplaces make the space even more interesting. Though its an older building, there are modern luxuries like central air and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Why you should think twice: The bedroom looks a little bit like a dungeon and the carpet is not ideal. Also, the den/bedroom may be tiny. No pets.
