What makes it great: It seems like EVERYONE is looking for an open concept floor plan these days. Well, it doesn’t get more open than this. The kitchen is completely open to the living space. I really love the tile in the kitchen. It has a vintage feel and provides some separation. Overall, the kitchen is definitely top of the line. Though I prefer more separation, this layout works because there is a separate bedroom. The location is also great, only a block from the metro. Pets ok.
Why you should think twice: I believe this is a condo building, so you will be renting from an individual rather than a larger company.
