What makes it great: Studios can often be dark and boring. This studio is far from either. The large bay windows bring in ample natural light. They are also beautifully constructed. The fireplace isn’t functional but adds character to the space. Bamboo hardwood floors cover the living space. The kitchen appears to be tucked away and the bathroom is nicely updated. Some utilities are included and the laundry facility is free. The unit is semi-furnished.
Why you should think twice: There is a murphy bed installed. This is a good option to conserve space but I could do without it. With 450 square feet of living space, you could probably have a real bed.
