What makes it great: These kind of finds are my favorite- spacious, historic, and in a great neighborhood. The long hallway is unusual but make the apartment feel more spread out and larger. I love all the angles of the this place. It is certainly not cookie cutter. The kitchen looks functional with some nice features like a dishwasher. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: I am loving the large windows but I wish I could see the view.
