What makes it great: I recently heard someone call themselves a “street name snob.” I think Swann Street would appeal to the street name snob. Not because of its prestige, but just because it just sounds so cute. I like the feel of this studio. It feels more like a little house than an apartment. This is also due to the fact that it is located on the first floor. It’s not super spacious or updated but it has charm and nicely defined spaces.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen is old and no central air.
