What makes it great: I have come across a bunch of great english basements lately. This one has character and some features that make you forget it’s a basement. First of all, love the exposed brick wall. This focal point gives the room more of an urban loft feel. The ceilings appear to be high, not typical for an english basement. Last but not least, the bay window really brightens the place up. You can get creative with this open floor plan.
Why you should think twice: There aren’t any pictures of the second bedroom. Roommates will need to share a bathroom. There isn’t a ton of detail, including exact location.
