What makes it great: I don’t know what it is about this place but as I flipped through the photos, it just felt like home. This Georgetown condo has a good vibe. There are hardwood floors in the living area and bedroom. The kitchen is great for entertaining and has been nicely upgraded. I love the bold blacksplash and the dual countertops. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is located on the third floor.
Why you should think twice: The Palisades neighborhood is located on the other side of Georgetown University. The heart of Georgetown is a bit of walk.
