What makes it great: Located at one of the hottest corners of DC, this two bedroom, two bath condo is priced way below market value. Why you should think twice: I can’t figure out the second bedroom. They may be marketing the study area (pictured) as the second bedroom and it doesn’t look private. It also looks small. I am also surprised there aren’t any pictures of the bathrooms.
