What makes it great: It only took one look to sell me on those windows. Throw in the exposed brick wall in the bathroom and this becomes a very cool little studio. I am usually anti-carpet but this textured pattern carpet has an expensive look. The kitchen looks small but it is at least separate from the rest of the space.
