What makes it great: Before the grammar nerds jump all over me, there is a reason this place is “two cute.” Based on the pictures, this place is to die for. It is spacious, has charm (hardwood floors and fireplace), and is only one block away from the Columbia Heights metro. The listing sounds good but then you get to the contact info. The poster has spelled out their phone number in a very bizarre way. I don’t know if this is an attempt to be funny or a total red flag. Thoughts?
Why you should think twice: The crazy phone number. No exact location. No pictures of the kitchen or bathroom.
