I don’t usually feature buildings that don’t offer interior shots. However, this particular building is interesting to me. The simple name “The Amelia & Paul” must have some story behind it. Named for a husband and wife? Parents? Children? The mystery combined with it’s charming exterior and stellar location makes this a place worth checking out. The description mentions some vintage touches such as a claw foot tub and hardwood floors. There are also modern updates like a dishwasher. There is a two bedroom available for $2550.
