I had never heard of a “junior one bedroom” before I moved to DC. It’s a term many use loosely but you can likely count on a studio-like space that has a wall or nook that separates the sleeping area from the living area. The sleeping space isn’t completely private but it is better than nothing. Here are a few options with some true one bedrooms thrown in for good measure.
