What makes it great: Spacious and charming, this two bedroom apartment is a only a few blocks from Union Station and H Street. Of course I love the two brick fireplaces. I don’t think either of them are working but the look is hard to beat. There are hardwood floors throughout. Bonuses include a back patio, central air, a washer and dryer and a PARKING SPOT. This a great deal.
Why you should think twice: The kitchen cabinets and appliances are dated, but there is a dishwasher.
