What makes it great: I love this little find on the Hill. It is a colorful one bedroom with interesting nooks and crannies. The unit is on the first floor so you have a private entrance and a private patio area. There is even a parking spot for an additional fee. What makes this place really special is the second living room. You can really do a lot with this space. Easy walk to Capitol Hill and Union Station. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: No central air and it looks like you enter through the kitchen.
