What makes it great: Most of the time, great deals like this make me nervous. I think that there must be some sort of catch. How can it be that there is a one bedroom in Adams Morgan for this price with PARKING? One explanation is that the last tenants lived there for five years and the landlord didn’t increase the rent when they moved out. It is also on the first level and no interior shots. This could be a great find or a bust.
