What makes it great: Studio score on one my favorite streets! The space looks a little bit small but it has nice updates. There are hardwood floors throughout, an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, and newish fixtures in the bathroom. All utilities included except electric.
Why you should think twice: The trashcan view means this place is on the first floor.
