What makes it great: I will admit that this place is a bit overpriced. You can find better deals for this amount of space. However, it probably won’t be as nicely updated as this space. Aside from the beautiful kitchen and bathroom, I like that this space is truly a blank canvas. The totally open layout means you can configure the space any way you like. I also love the large window. The building is on a nice quiet street.
Why you should think twice: If updates aren’t important to you, you can find an older studio for less.
