What makes it great: This is a little bit confusing but there are actually two units available in this converted townhouse. The address is the same and the management company is the same so I am just assuming. The one pictured is the more expensive of the two but still an unreal deal. These renovations are top notch. The location is also fabulous. If you want to save $100 go down one floor and check out the un-renovated unit.
Why you should think twice: The bedrooms look tiny.
