What makes it great: This is another building that I have toured. It is a condo building but sometimes rentals and sales pop up. The building is right off of U Street and has a beautiful exterior. Many of the units are loft style. If you want to be right in the action of 14th Street without breaking the bank, this is your chance. Pet friendly!
