What makes it great: Cleveland Park was the first DC neighborhood I called home and I can’t say enough good things about it. It is a quiet and charming neighborhood that is also metro accessible. This two bedroom has hardwood floors, two large bedrooms, and loads of windows. The kitchen isn’t very modern but it makes sense for the price point. All utilities are included except for electric and cooking gas. Easily walk to the metro.
Why you should think twice: No central air. Roommates will need to share a bathroom.
